About this position

Position involves receiving and issuing waste materials, managing inventory, preparing reports, and other assigned tasks. Requires experience in inventory management, knowledge of tools and equipment, computer skills, and forklift driving license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect waste materials, tools, equipment, and supplies from vendors
• Verify accuracy of delivery documents against purchase orders and ensure quality of products meets user requirements
• Prepare export documents when goods need to be taken out of the factory
• Manage the issuance and receipt of waste materials and check remaining inventory
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing material issuance, receipt, and remaining balances
• Manage inventory for the purchasing and central departments
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Male, aged 25-40
• High school diploma or higher in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and factory supplies
• Proficient in computer usage
• Able to drive a forklift with a valid forklift driving license
