About this position

The position is responsible for training and development in an industrial factory setting, with a focus on OJT and Skill Matrix. The role involves coordinating training programs, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation training for new employees
• Assess training needs and develop annual training plans
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for training approval
• Arrange training facilities, materials, and logistics
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, report results to management
• Maintain training records for each employee
• Conduct training for employees who have completed probation
• Develop and respond to KPIs related to training and development
• Submit and follow up on certification results and expenses with the Department of Skill Development
• Comply with labor development laws and regulations
• Monitor and improve OJT teaching and Skill Matrix
• Register internal trainers and establish an internal training center
• Coordinate with department heads and managers in training and development
• Improve and develop training and development for company personnel

Requirements

• Male, aged 25-35
• Bachelor's degree in HR management, HR development, training and development, business management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR management or personnel administration
• At least 1 year of experience in training and development within an industrial factory setting
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and typing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Teaching and training skills
• Experience in OJT and Skill Matrix will be considered an advantage
