Position as New Model Engineer responsible for evaluating new projects, creating product prototypes, monitoring production processes, and ensuring customer approval. Also involves tracking and measuring production efficiency, preparing documentation for customer approval, and reviewing PPAP documents for mass production approval.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate new projects based on customer requirements received from sales staff
• Create product prototypes and follow up until approval from customers
• Check readiness and carry out sample production until approval from customers
• Monitor and measure actual production process efficiency compared to designed process in terms of cost, production capacity, process capability, and quality. Prepare and submit documentation for actual production approval to customers
• Review PPAP documents to submit to customers for mass production approval
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in industrial factory
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
• Fast learner, creative thinker, and able to propose innovative ideas
