Thai Meira manufactures and supplies High Strength bolts, Precision Fastening parts and Cold Forming parts. Our main customer is the automotive industry, where our products are used as critical links for engine, brake, suspension and chassis components. We supply our products and services to customers not only in Thailand, but also in other countries, as well as to customers in other industries.

About this position

The QA/QC Engineer Inprocess is responsible for controlling internal quality issues, issuing reports, analyzing problems, and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality improvement in processes.

Responsibilities

• Control of internal reject and internal quality issue in process and summary internal problem data.
• To issue quality report, NG Part Report and Information report for quality issue in process.
• Analyse problem to find out the root cause and corrective & preventive action with team by meeting and attend the activities as internal set up.
• To follow concern process to take corrective and preventive action to achieve target and verification the corrective action have maintain in process.
• Control and supporting the quality trouble occur in process and contact team for control with quality trouble issue.
• Responsibility for quality improvement in process by set the quality activity to follow up in process.
• Responsibility for internal process audit IATF 16949 and set audit plan.
• To responsible other jobs as manager assign.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Related Fields.
• At Least 1-3 Years Experience in QC Inprocess in Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge and experience in IATF16949, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, root cause analysis or Related Quality Management System.
• Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, speaking) at an intermediate level.
