HR Manager
About this position
The HR Manager is responsible for planning and managing the human resources department in alignment with the company's policies, ensuring effective performance evaluation, employee development, and compliance with safety measures.
Responsibilities
• Planning work of the department in accordance with the main policy of the company
• Assign, diagnose, control, recommend, monitor, evaluate the performance of subordinates
• Improve the work defects, create good morale in the work for employees.
• Consider punishing, rewarding, planning for knowledge development for employees.
• Planning for organization development in accordance with the company policy and situation
• Human resources data report to the management
• Coordinate good understanding between employees and executives
• Solve the problem about human resource work to employees and executives
• Update and Propose salary structure to executives
• Prepare work evaluation data for probationary staff and submit to each department
• Improvement and report department KPI to department managers, executives and present at the meeting.
• Leader and control employee to follow compliance
• Follow safety rules in working, 5 S, activity Suggestions and ISO system
• Customer service environmental protection
• Supervise the operations of the safety agency too comply with safety measures
• Encourage employees to be aware of safety measures during work Including traveling or being outside the company
• Train and develop subordinates in relevant work, Make an annual activity plan and organize activities follow to plan
• Coordinate Prepare documents between the company and the government
• Consider and approve the manpower request recruitment and interview candidate
• Collect and update relevant laws such as labor law, industry, safety, various specifications of customers etc. to be up to date
• Plan career up training for the key employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Political Science, Law, Personnel Management or related field.
• Experience: 10 Years up and/or get approved form top management.
• Specialist: Knowledgeable labor law, and other related laws, have skills in personnel management, leadership, good coordination and fluent in English.
• Knowledgeable salary structure.
• Have a good relationship, Creative, Circumspection, able to use computer and office equipment.
