LM was established in 1995, and is the largest manufacture for FR-4 Copper Clad Laminate and Prepreg in Thailand for Printed Circuit Boards. TLM has 2 plants with BOI privilege located in the Export Processing Zone of Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok, Thailand. It is just 15 kms (20 minutes) drive from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport. TLM’s quality control system extends over every aspect of production, including quality tests in the company’s own laboratory. The combination of modern machinery and strictly controlled manufacturing processes, complying with IATF 16949 production management standard and ISO 14001 environmental management standard.

About this position

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities related to Copper Clad Laminate, managing sales operations for prepreg and laminate, and ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with environmental and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all marketing activities (Copper Clad Laminate) for the company, from marketing planning, strategy setting and seeking new markets and business opportunities for the company.
• Responsible for controlling the sales operations of prepreg and laminate (both domestically and internationally) to achieve the set goals efficiently.
• Manage and plan to meet customer needs in terms of both volume and delivery.
• Coordinate within and between departments to create understanding in working in the same direction and create unity.
• Responsible for and comply with the ISO 14001 environmental management system and the IATF16949 quality system.
• Comply with Operation Control related to the environment.
• Must protect the company's interests. If you find anything that will cause damage to the company, you must immediately report it to your supervisor.
• Comply with the company's regulations and the orders of your assigned supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
• Have experience in selling industrial products and export not less than 3 years.
• Speak, read and write English fluently. If you also have knowledge of Chinese, this will be given special consideration.
• Able to travel to other provinces and countries to meet customers and can go to exhibitions.
• Can use computer programs word, excel, power point very well.
• Have your own vehicle.
• TOIEC score 600.
• Those who can communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration.
