Technical Service Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide products demo, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance for customers.
• Issue technical publications: warranty booklet, owner's manual, workshop manual, Service Bulletin.
• Advise customers and service centers on service & technical information.
• Prepare special service tools, Service Programming System.
• Create reports and documentation for findings and solutions.
Requirements
• Job experience over 1-3 years.
• Bachelor's degree of Automotive, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Automotive background. (advantage)
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
