About this position
The Problem Claim Analysis Staff is responsible for analyzing market claims, conducting tests, and coordinating with suppliers to improve product quality in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
• Analyze market claims and Follow up report
• Perform test topic identification, analyze problem related to CBU.
• Conduct simulate test and part inspection for analysis.
• Monitoring and control analysis speed on target time.
• Coordinate between external supplier and internal department for market quality improvement.
• Monitor problem improvement from supplier and control 4M change as requirement.
• Summary analysis report to Foreman or Section Manager.
• Report quality confirmation of analysis report to management.
• Provide information and take action incase Juhin or recall project.
• Market survey after sale to follow up market problems.
• Can analyze the data a machine of Electric Vehicles (EV).
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in engineering of Mechatronic, Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Material or relate.
• Understanding motorcycle function and parts are advantages.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in market quality feedback, statistics analysis, and product quality improvement in automotive industry are advantages.
• Good knowledge Quality System and QC Tools for analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill with both internal and external.
• Good creativity and innovative thinking skills
• Good command in English.
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have experienced in EV business are advantages.
