About this position
The Legal Staff position involves providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting in litigation, and supporting corporate governance.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on issues raised by internal departments and suggest practical actions/solutions for such issues and support for corporate governance.
• Prepare, review, revise, and comment on contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents provided by internal departments or customers.
• Assist in reviewing litigation documents to be used for the legal process.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor and or executive management.
Requirements
• Job experience over 1-3 years.
• Bachelor's degree of Law.
• Basic communication in English/Japanese. (Fair)
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
