Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in October 1964 as a motorcycle distributor. In 1996, the company took on the role of Honda’s ASEAN Regional Headquarters. Due to the Asia & Oceania region’s fast growth and diverse markets, and Honda’s focus on localizing its operations to be closer to customers, the company appointed Asian Honda Motor its Asia & Oceania Regional Headquarters in 2004, with responsibility for coordinating Honda’s activities in 12 countries and supporting Honda operations in several additional countries.

About this position

The Human Resource Organisation Development (HROD) position focuses on enhancing employee engagement, facilitating communication, and supporting organizational culture to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee engagement survey and monitor action plans of such engagement drivers closely to ensure satisfactory results. May host related activities such as, workshops, focus groups, including discuss employee's concerns and suggestions.
• Develop innovative communication methods, collaboration challenges and support all clients by providing consultation, tools and expertise to achieve transformation change.
• Monitor culture management and corporate culture climate so that it supports the organization’s business goals and mission.
• Work closely with related functions to facilitate communication among new employees, current employees, and management team.
• Design and implement related tools to continuously maintain the desired momentum and expected level of culture alignment.
• Perform other special development project as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or upper in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or OD activities and having excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development function.
• Strong skill in project/program management, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultation.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
