Government Industrial Relation Staff
About this position
The Government Industrial Relation Staff is responsible for managing government-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication between the organization and government agencies.
Responsibilities
• Prepare related documents, apply and renew permission license according to Law and Government Regulations for main government agencies i.e. Department of Industrial works.
• Provide relevant data or documents to related governments as requested.
• Keep up with new regulations and laws issued by government agencies that may affect the company.
• Responsible for the reception and public relations of important leaders and guests' visits and exploring the direction and opportunities of possible cooperation between the organization and the government.
• Coordinate with government officer on problems that arise and recommend the best solution.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Administration, Organization development, Laws or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience (Minimum 2 years) in Government Affairs, Policy & Regulation or Related field.
• Strong project/program management, strong in analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultation.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
