About this position

The Business Project Management position focuses on organizing, analyzing, and supporting sales systems and data communication within the sales function, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Organize, analyze and support sales systems and other sales data communication systems within sales function.
• Cloud administration, backup monitor and work with sales & marketing operation, digital management department to ensure sales systems work smoothly.
• Assist team project and provide operation support when needed.
• Sales force operation is preferred.
• Coordinate with the users to conduct the user acceptance test.
• Analyze usage statistics to guide continuous system improvement and development.
• Communicate business requirements with developers to ensure alignment and understanding with the Business Unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Good Communicate in English (TOEIC 700)
• 2 years or more of working experience is preferred. (system or data analyst, information system staff, IT or application developer.)
• Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
