About this position
The Administration Staff will be responsible for managing budget planning and control, ensuring efficient business operations, and reporting on operating results.
Responsibilities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget planning and control in alignment with company targets.
• Accurately examine assets and record expenses incurred according to the company’s agenda.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department, as well as with other departments and external agencies, to ensure efficient business operations.
• Summarize and report on operating results in accordance with the company’s reporting schedule.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or related field.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 650 up)
• Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
