HR Analyst and Digital Marketing (Recruitment Supervisor)
About this position
The HR Analyst and Digital Marketing (Recruitment Supervisor) is responsible for managing social media recruitment initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, and analyzing HR data to improve recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage our social media recruitment initiatives, create and post job ads on designated social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Line, Job Website, Company Website etc.), identify the most promising leads, reach out to prospective candidates, and assess applicants who enter our hiring funnel
• Track our applicants’ progress through the social media hiring funnel and summary report by weekly and monthly basis
• Enhance and support recruitment activities with education institutes (Job fair, internship, cooperative education, MOU etc.)
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting, interviewing and selection of new hires
• Analyze and report on key HR metrics such as Employee turnover, retention rates and sourcing funnel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in social media platforms
• Prepare recruitment performance report and ensure recruitment progress is on track
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or another related field
• 3+ years of experience in hiring (preferably in mass recruitment)
• Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices
• Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Line and Instagram
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Trend, ChatGPT, Facebook Ad Manager etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and digital marketing skills
• Excellent networking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skill
