Customer Service Specialist (1 year contract)
About this position
The Customer Service Specialist will act as a liaison between customers, the sales team, and the logistics team to ensure the completion of customer orders and deliveries, while also addressing complaints and understanding specific customer requirements.
Responsibilities
• Liaison with customers, sales team and logistics team to handle on customers order and delivery completion including complaint by understanding of customers’ warehouse and delivery conditions including special requirements.
• Receive sales orders or complaint via electronic, email, fax or phone and process customer orders on time and in an accurate manner by coordinating with sales team and logistics team to achieve customer satisfaction and effective logistics cost.
• Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders or complaint by cooperate with sales team and logistics team.
• Check stock availability and fill the order on time and minimize the short order.
• Maintain and update customers’ database in the SAP system.
• Interact with Accounts Receivables team regarding payments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 years of experience in customer service or related experience in FMCG.
• Ability to handle stress well, analyse data and problem-solve.
• Excellent in communication skills.
• Good logical thinking skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
