Account Executive
About this position
The Account Executive is responsible for managing distributor and sales team performance to achieve sales targets, providing insights for business reviews, and coaching team members to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
• Manage and drive Distributor and Sales team performance to achieve sales out target with identified gap closing.
• Responsible for Distributor' s performance and provide information on profile, work& not work and opportunity for business review.
• Achieve KPI target with identify individual action plan to deliver results.
• Accomplish business objectives; develop routing with increasing new calls. Coach Distributor salesman to implement and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in Traditional Trade (TT) field sales with Distributor Management Background.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Good communication and negotiation skill in Thai and English.
• Experience in FMCG business.
• Result oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office.
• Open to mobile and work in upcountry.
