About this position

รับเป็นพนักงานประจำ สังกัดบริษัท โลจิสบอย จำกัด (ในเครือบมจ.ไทยฟู้ดส์ กรุ๊ป) ในตำแหน่ง Senior Business Analyst / ERP Consultant โดยมีรูปแบบการทำงาน Hybrid Working.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering of new or existing business practices and Mapping/Analyze Customer’s business processes to provide best solution.
• Proactive to propose solutions according to business design.
• Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure understanding and agreement on proposed solutions.
• Investigate the issues and Proactive discussion with critical issues with the client.
• Provide Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and workflows.
• Superviser and coach subordinates (Business Analyst Team).
• Work with Business Analyst, Developer, and System Engineer to provide solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering(IE), Mechanical Engineering(ME), Computer Engineering(CE), Information Technology, Faculty of Logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a ERP consultant or Business Analyst in ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding about implements full cycle project / Software Development life cycle.
