Recruitment Associate (Beer)
About this position
The Recruitment Associate (Beer) is responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication among all parties involved, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Handle full cycle of recruitment including sourcing candidates via various channels, screenings, interviewing, coordinate for offering until contract signing and onboarding.
• Keep communication and update between candidates, hiring manager and HCBP in a professional and timely manner to ensure smooth processes.
• Initiate and maintain database of employee information in the system.
• Collaborate in any employer branding initiatives events such as recruitment roadshow and walk in interview etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, General Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years direct experience in recruitment. Experienced in FMCG will be advantage.
• Proactive, service minded with sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure.
