Reception & Administrative Officer
About this position
The Reception & Administrative Officer is responsible for managing student inquiries, providing course advice, processing enrollments, and achieving enrollment targets.
Responsibilities
• Follow up on new student inquiries, give advice on the most suitable language course and duration, and process student enrollment
• Provide information to prospect students via phone, line, email, FB, and in person. Make appointments for English placement test.
• Advise students on the most suitable course and length of study to achieve their English proficiency goals
• Process student enrollment, payment, and course registration
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and KPIs
Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in a learning or educational environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with administrative processes, basic accounting, and scheduling software.
• Working Days: 6 Days/ week
