Learning Design & Delivery Manager
About this position
The Learning Design & Delivery Manager is responsible for analyzing data to inform learning and development strategies, designing and implementing learning processes, and managing various development projects.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and assess information/data (both quantitative and qualitative) and the external environment to be the source for learning & development strategy formulation
• Design and develop learning & development process, tools and templates as required
• In collaboration of related team, design, develop and roll-out the learning and development projects and programs taking into consideration appropriate delivery channel (70/20/10 principle) i.e. Competency Development, Management & Executive Development, Onboarding Program, Knowledge Management etc.
• Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned
• Evaluate effectiveness of implementing learning and development strategies and projects/programs
• Research the latest learning and development methods
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a recognized university degree in Human Resource Development or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or OD activities and having excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development function
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project/program management
