Graphic Designer
About this position
We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in creating Key Visuals and Social Campaign Artwork, particularly for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing visual storytelling strategies, producing impactful designs for digital campaigns, and enhancing brand identity through cohesive, engaging visuals. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams to create compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Develop: Create key visuals and social campaign artwork for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop visuals that align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, contributing to a cohesive visual identity across channels.
• Collaborate: Partner with content, product, and marketing teams to produce impactful visuals that support digital campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Adapt & Innovate: Take ownership of visual concepts from start to finish, ensuring fresh, innovative ideas that keep up with current trends in digital and social media design.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing key visuals and social campaign artwork for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Familiarity with digital media specifications, social media formats, and content management.
• Experience with video editing or animation software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and brand-focused visual storytelling.
• Proven track record of successful digital campaigns for consumer-focused brands.
• Experience in creating content for a variety of digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment.
