Construction Project Management Associate
About this position
The Construction Project Management Associate is responsible for organizing project-related documents, preparing budgets, coordinating with various agencies, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Organize documents and/or various contracts related to project implementation and report the budget of each project.
• Prepare the BOQ (Bill of quantities - bill of materials and expenses) of the work.
• Contact various agencies related to the project such as contractors, various project owners, procurement, etc.
• Control the quality of construction work until the project is completed.
• Coordinate to reduce costs for various improvement projects.
• Control the project, which includes setting the scope, planning, executing, supervising, and closing the project.
Requirements
• Have working experiences in Construction Project Management at least 3 years.
• Have knowledge and understanding about construction and decoration work.
• Have knowledge and understanding of expense reimbursement documents related to responsible project work.
