About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (ภาค) มีหน้าที่ในการจัดการเอกสารและการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.

Responsibilities

• เปิดเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี / ใบส่งของ ขายเชื่อ ขายสด ขายห้าง
• ออกใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย สินค้ารางวัล และเผยแพร่
• ออกเอกสารด้านบัญชี เช่นใบลดหนี้ ใบเพิ่มหนี้ กับทางลูกค้า
• ตรวจนับสต๊อกสินค้า และทรัพย์สิน
• จัดทำเอกสารใบเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้าเสื่อมจากร้านค้า
• ตรวจสอบเครดิตวงเงิน เทรดคิว ก่อนการออกเอกสารส่งสินค้าให้กับทางร้านค้า
• รายงานอายุสินค้า
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
• มีทักษะทางด้านการใช้ computer
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร เข้าสังคมได้ดี
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
