Thai Beverage Can Ltd. (TBC) is a Thai-USA joint venture between Berli Jucker Public Company Limited, Standard Can Co., Ltd. and Ball Corporation of USA. The company is a leading manufacturer of two-piece aluminum cans and ends for beverages and beer. TBC currently has two state-of-the-art can lines and two state-of-the-art end lines within a modern facility.

About this position

Thai Beverage Can Limited (TBC) is Thailand’s leading aluminium cans and ends manufacturer, seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth and develop strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek potential clients, identify opportunities, develop proposals, and pitch for new business to increasing the sales volume of key account.
• Drive company’s revenue growth by identifying and pursuing upsell with strategic accounts by data driven including new opportunities for new product launch, expanding product categories, and OEM matching.
• Provide necessary analysis for creating new strategic direction, business model, and growth strategy.
• Prepare monthly business review with key customers.
• Understanding client’s needs and be able to corporate with internal and external department.
• Manage all accounts with half year contract negotiations and monitoring the contribution margin.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationship and sales with accounts including aftersales service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Science in Business, or Marketing related field.
• Experience in technical sales or business development experience (B2B), typically 2-5 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in the specific industry related to the products being sold can be highly advantageous.
• Project Management: Experience managing sales projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Good English communication in writing and speaking, including report writing skills. (Refer to TOEIC 850 score).
