Process Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement new or changes to machinery, equipment, and methods of work
• Ensure optimization and improvement of equipment and processes for long term robustness and reliability, maximize capability and capacity
• Supports, developed provides the solution to production for solving the technical issue & improve the production yield for all products
• Collecting data and make an evaluation for process controlling & process improvements
• Control & maintains the manufacturing processes to meet all requirements in the control plan
• Managing facilities and equipment maintenance plans and improvements
• Planning and managing the establishment of a departmental budget Ensure that the division and responsible project operates within budget and available resources
• Improving the efficiency of existing production processes
• Other tasks related to cost saving and efficiency improving
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5-7 years’ experience working in food industries, packaging or related field
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma-based continuous improvement method
• Able to articulate ideas well, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and challenges with positive work attitude and approach
• Good knowledge in Quality Management System, GMP, FSSC2200 and BRC
• Proficient in Windows based application and MS office program
• Good English communication in writing and speaking, including report writing skills. (Refer to TOEIC 550 score)
• Willingness to learn, positive and persistent, trustworthy, goal-oriented and results driven, able to work independently
• Having experience in the Packaging business or aluminium can manufacturing will be an advantage
