Thai Beverage Can Ltd. (TBC) is a Thai-USA joint venture between Berli Jucker Public Company Limited, Standard Can Co., Ltd. and Ball Corporation of USA. The company is a leading manufacturer of two-piece aluminum cans and ends for beverages and beer. TBC currently has two state-of-the-art can lines and two state-of-the-art end lines within a modern facility.

About this position

Thai Beverage Can Limited (TBC) is seeking an IT Service Desk / IT Support professional to assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and support end users.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computers including hardware, software, systems, networks and smart devices.
• Initial investigating and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Communicate and support end users to determine the nature of problems
• Logging all service requests and updating user on the status of their service requests
• Supporting IT infrastructure, IT security and IT application team to investigate and problem solving.
• Improving IT Documents, manual, training, check sheet, report, etc.
• Support users’ inquiry hotline, Emergency onsite (During non-working hour, holiday)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer science, or any related field.
• 1 – 5 years’ experience preferred in IT business field.
• Good communications, Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Multitasking skills to assist multiple users at once
• Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
• Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems
• Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with users and coworkers
• Up-to-date technical knowledge (IT & Security Knowledge & Experience of Security Patch, Window version, O365, Cloud services)
• Good interpersonal skill, High responsible, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service mind
• Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required.
