About this position

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality compliance for raw materials, packaging, lab operations, and finished goods.
• Control and oversee the operation of product quality assurance and inspection of raw materials to ensure compliance with standards.
• Control and oversee the operation of product quality assurance and inspection of raw materials (Metals/Packaging/Coating/Ink/ Compound/Plastic) to ensure compliance with standards.
• Inspect and organize training on the operational procedures for quality control of products and raw materials to ensure that staff can perform their tasks correctly and in accordance with the company's regulations.
• Analyze and process data from quality inspections in the production process and raw materials.
• Prepare reports on the analysis and processing of data regarding quality issues.
• Present and provide comments on ways to improve and develop the quality of raw materials and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Food Tech, Biotechnology, Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related Engineering fields.
• 5-7 years’ experience working in food industries, packaging or related fields.
• Able to articulate ideas well, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and challenges with positive work attitude and approach.
• High responsibility, self-driven, good team player, can work well under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System, GMP, FSSC2200 ISO9001, ISO14001 and HACCP/BRC systems.
• Proficient in Windows based application and MS office program.
• Good English communication in writing and speaking, including report writing skills. (Refer to TOEIC 550 score).
• Having experience in the Packaging business or aluminium can manufacturing will be an advantage.
