About this position

The Executive Secretary will manage and assist the overall activities of the Executive Members, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support while ensuring effective communication and coordination within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist the overall activities of the Executive Members.
• Cascade information and deal with most important matters of the company.
• Provide all administrative and secretarial support, greeting visitors and answering telephone, teleconferencing and videoconferencing, and e-mail.
• Receive and review mail and correspondence; gather data, compile various reports and keep all corporate documents.
• Assist in preparation of speeches and documents for presentation at meeting, and other functions.
• Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the flights; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
• Coordinate and facilitate with all departments.
• Perform other duties, which may be assigned from time to time by Executive Members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields, preferable from a reputable university.
• TOEIC score: 700.
• Excellent command in English and Thai.
• Computer literacy and presentation skills.
• Experience in English communication for Ministries, Bureaus or Department will be a plus.
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service skills. Professionally presentable personality especially in dealing with VIPs.
• Fast learning, proactive and good accountability.
• Well Organized, mature, and work well both in team and independently. Flexible with working hours.
