About this position

The Compliance Monitoring Inspector is responsible for ensuring compliance with CAAT regulations, monitoring maintenance organization activities, conducting audits, and generating reports related to maintenance errors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that CAAT regulations, TAS mandatory compliances, and applicable standards have complied.
• Monitor the Maintenance Organization activities in compliance with regulatory and company policies and make recommendations to management for improvement.
• Carry out the Maintenance Organization or other company audits and report all Non-Conformances to the Compliance Monitoring Manager to ensure the acknowledgement of the corrective action of the findings.
• Performed initiatives the corrective and preventative actions from audit or inspection.
• Investigates and generates a report (in the approved format) concerning the maintenance error.
• Monitor external provider and inform the Compliance Monitoring Manager if disqualification is found.
• Developing company audit plan and checklists.
• Issue, review, and revise the QA Memo.
• Monitor the compliance of AME qualification and competency.
• Review and advise the company manual i.e. CMM, SMS, MOE, and inform the Compliance Monitoring Manager for further determination.
• Produce summary reports for clarification upon request or requirement.
• Receives the additional working instructions directly from Compliance Monitoring Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a valid CAAT AMEL Type II certification or
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in aviation, with a preference for 2 years in an approved maintenance organization.
• Familiar with aviation regulations, especially CAAT TCAR OPR, TCAR AIR, TCAR PEL, and other standards (FAA, EASA, ISO, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of human factors principles, audit techniques, risk assessment and mitigation processes, and emergency response principles.
• Be ethical, professional, and trustworthy in upholding company standards and requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Oral and written communications in English skills.
