Ltd., Singapore a 100% subsidiary of IFB Automotive Private Limited, India an associate of IFB Industries Limited a diversified group of nearly US$ 400 million are a leading manufacturer of Fine Blanked Components and Home Appliances viz. front loading washing machines, microwave ovens, dishwashers and clothes dryers. Factory located at Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand The Company will have Six Blanking and One Hydraulic Presses, capacity range from 250 Ton to 1000 Ton.
About this position
The Production CNC Engineer is responsible for programming CNC machines, supporting production processes, and ensuring quality standards in automotive part manufacturing.
Responsibilities
• CNC make program, make jig, spare part support machine CNC.
• Support APQP Team and new model follow up status improvement.
• Handle Production Run @ rate along with to analysis improvement and approval report all process.
• Handle make standard & actual (SPM, Cycle time) Supporting OEE project.
• Handle design JIG and Key machine Equipment verify master list.
• Handle all WI and PRD STD (New model & Mass production).
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree.
• Experience 2 year up in Automotive part.
• CNC program.
• Auto Cad, Soild Work.
• ISO9001/IATF16949 /ISO14001.
