As an affiliated company of Angthong Universal Group, one of the experts in refrigeration products in Thailand, we realized the need for high quality coils to support the growing air-conditioning market. Thai Ausnor became one of the first manufacturers of coils and refrigeration parts in Thailand.
Under the logo name THAN, we manufactured high quality products that were widely recognized. We began exporting our products globally soon afterwards. Due to the growing demands from customers, our factory was relocated to Minburi in 1988. The new facility allowed us to improve our quality control process, achieve higher production capacity and sustain better working environment. With the added machines, we increased our production capability and improved our quality control process. The product range grew from only coils to finished products such as condensing units, air-cooled condensers, unit coolers, and chiller units.

About this position
Responsibilities
âĒ Develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans in alignment with production goals and company policies.
âĒ Plan and create a database for production capability standards and machine and equipment efficiency to ensure optimal performance.
âĒ Continuously improve production processes to meet quality standards and reduce costs.
âĒ Plan data collection, analyze and monitor results, and propose ways to enhance production line efficiency and reduce defects.
âĒ Coordinate with relevant departments to develop new product processes according to engineering designs and related standards.
âĒ Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
âĒ At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or as a manufacturing engineer in an industrial factory.
âĒ Knowledge of production management technologies.
âĒ Skills in Motion & Time Engineering.
âĒ Skills in process improvement engineering.
âĒ Skills in planning, analysis, and decision-making.
âĒ Experience with refrigeration systems will be considered an advantage.
