Digital & Transformation Business Partner
About this position
The Digital & Transformation Business Partner is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of business solutions, providing consultation, managing projects, and delivering training to internal users.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the TAP’s environment.
• Produce detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems processes and business processes.
• Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution.
• Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations.
• Advise to automate the process to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Documenting the undertaken activities.
• Provide training to internal user on the respective applications usage.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal user, commercial team, operation team for appropriate assigned project and service delivery.
• Manage sub-contractor to deliver assigned project in agreed scope, time, and cost include budgetary management.
• Provide project presentation, update status, milestone check and control.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Digital Transformation Business Partner role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Programming.
• Experience of leading Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, and Project Management.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build the business strategy.
• Familiar with automation tool (RPA), Container for DevOps and low code platform.
• Have an experience in ERP.
• Good knowledge skills in ERP system as Accounting & Supply Chain module.
• Able to develop program (.net/ React/ Flutter/ Mendix/Power Apps).
• Possessing business analysis skills in FMCG industries related areas will be an added.
• Positive Thinking, Service-minded, Self-motivated & Fast learner.
• Strong Problem Solving, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Logical Thinking / Sequential Thinking, Good communication.
• Basic IT Skill (For troubleshooting).
• Strong verbal and written skills in English is required.
