About this position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes. You will apply and enforce good manufacturing practices, monitor compliance with quality standards, and take decisive actions to mitigate quality risks.

Responsibilities

As our Quality Engineer you will;
• Apply and enforce good manufacturing practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
• Authority to stop the line, quarantine products, or request additional resources to mitigate quality risks.
• Monitor compliance with Tetra Pak quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, completion, and results of quality checks in production.
• Track performance and trends from lab measurements.
• Identify priorities from quality results analysis, focusing on defect wastes and TIs with relevant pillars.
• Follow up on decisions for products in quarantine.
• Monitor decisions on INC.
• Ensure raw material conformity.
• Analyze internal INC and external TI.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Implement and transfer new quality standards, processes, or investments to production.
• Prepare quality-related training materials for operators, controllers, and lab technicians.
• Drive or participate in internal and external trials.
• Ensure proper reporting in tools and channels or DMS, and to the manager.
• Follow up on quality triggers in DMS.
• Utilize quality tools as needed.
• Promote a WCM mindset within factory employees towards a zero-loss mindset.
• Participate in 5W&1H, 4M, 5 Whys, and ABC analysis.
• Act as a QM pillar member.
• Apply all safety, health, and environment standards.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of proven experience in quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Autonomy and result-oriented with a high demand level.
• Empathy and proactive attitude.
• Organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Communicable in English and Thai.
