About this position

As the Process Expert, you will be at the heart of our production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main focus will be on optimizing the performance of our process equipment and suggesting improvements to enhance process parameters. You'll develop and execute strategic plans to drive quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency to exceptional levels, particularly in the closure area.

Responsibilities

As our Process Expert, you will;
• Ensure the application of best manufacturing practices, maintain hygiene and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency
• Apply and ensure the application of all good manufacturing practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
• Possess the authority and responsibility to halt the production line for necessary process adjustments
• Monitor and secure compliance with Tetra Pak standards and specifications.
• Monitor operational performance and trends from the lines.
• Identify loss priorities from performance analysis on operational KPIs and check alignment with relevant pillars and the Operation Manager.
• Benchmark other factories and implement relevant improvements.
• Follow up on decisions for products in quarantine.
• Identify and issue missing operational SOPs, OPLs, and instructions.
• Analyze internal INCs, external TIs, and loss deviations.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Implement and transfer to production, when relevant, Tetra Pak's new standards, processes, reports, or investments.
• Prepare operation-related training material for operators.
• Drive/participate in internal/external trials.
• Ensure proper and accurate reporting in the appropriate tools and channels or DMS, and to the manager.
• Follow up on triggers in DMS.
• Apply all safety, health, and environment standards.
• Deliver OPLs, SOPs, and work instructions that comply with safety standards and include safety instructions.
• Actively promote a WCM mindset within factory employees towards a zero-loss mindset.
• Participate in 5W&1H, 4M, 5 Whys, and ABC analysis.
• Be a pillar member.

Requirements

We believe you have;
• At least 5-6 years of experience in the production or technical area within the plastic injection industry.
• Strong skills in TPM, WCM, or Lean methodologies.
