About this position

As our Process Engineer, you'll be the expert in improving machine efficiency and supporting our production team's goals. You'll oversee the production line, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and quickly address any issues to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

As our Process Engineer- Injection Molding, you will:
• Apply best practices, maintain hygiene and quality standards, and ensure compliance with Tetra Pak standards. Stop the production line for necessary adjustments.
• Monitor performance, identify and prioritize losses, and implement improvements from benchmarking other factories.
• Issue missing SOPs, analyze incidents, participate in audits, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare training materials, implement new standards and processes, and drive trials.
• Apply safety, health, and environment standards, and deliver compliant SOPs.
• Promote a zero-loss mindset, participate in problem-solving activities, and be an active WCM pillar member.

Requirements

We believe you have:
• At least 2 years of experience in the production or technical area within the injection molding industry.
• Knowledge in Lean methodologies, with a thorough knowledge of machinery, equipment, and loss eradication techniques.
• Experience in WCM Quality or Maintenance is highly desirable.
• A strong focus on achieving results, with a high level of demand for excellence.
• A willingness to learn and develop new capabilities.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
