About this position
As a Issue Resolution Manager ( QA ) at Tetra Pak, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Based in Rayong, Thailand, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues throughout the product lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
As a Issue Resolution Manager ( QA ), you will:
• Product Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality meets the highest standards by understanding and executing various testing methods.
• Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer complaints and issues, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction metrics.
• Waste Reduction: Own the total waste KPI and actively implement strategies to minimize waste throughout the manufacturing process.
• Raw Material Quality: Oversee the quality of raw materials to prevent defects and reduce waste associated with material issues.
• Quality System Management: Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements
We believe you have:
• At least 6 years QA or related working experience WCM skills and knowledge.
• Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/BRC/ISO22000/OHSAS18001 system SPC, TQM, experience would be a plus Experience of Production process is preferred.
• Knowledge and application of the statistical methods and tools to support quality analysis such as root cause eradication analysis, claims statistics.
• English Communication at Business Level.
