About this position

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager, who will be a key part of the Sales team, and work closely with various people within the organisation to give excellent customer service to our transactional customers. It will be an exciting work environment and get the opportunity to work with a wide range of different customers and products to ensure excellence in customer service. You will be responsible to deliver financial targets for the transactional customers. A big part of your day will be following up leads with customers and collaborating with colleagues to ensure we fulfil the customer needs. Expected travelling is up to 10% of working hours. This role is an individual contributor; you will be based in Bangkok and report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

As our new Inside Sales Manager, you will;
• Generate leads and opportunities by up/cross selling defined products/solutions based on customer data & by updating them on new products, mainly via digital platforms
• Nurture leads and close opportunities for transactional customers
• Receive and score leads for Strategic and Operational customers. Handover to Account Managers based on defined criteria
• Capture customer requirements accurately using different questioning techniques to configure solutions that maximize value for Customer & for Tetra Pak
• Be responsible for customer engagement and experience for transactional accounts
• Leverage on digital platforms to drive sales efficiency and promote Tetra Pak portfolio
• Promote customer self-serve via digital platforms, including e-business and My Tetra Pak
• Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms & Authorisation matrix), regulatory framework & general code of conduct.
• Manage proper & timely documentation of Customer Files

Requirements

We believe you have;
• Strong customer service skills, a drive for results and the ability to prioritise and deliver what is needed
• Experience in an engineering or maintenance environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude, Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character
• You need to be a team-player and be successful in building good relationships with colleagues
• Good at communication in Thai/English
