Future Talent - World Class Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
As a our Future Talent - World Class Manufacturing Engineer, you will learn and apply World Class Manufacturing (WCM) knowledge and methodologies to support our factory's performance. You will work closely with the WCM Manager and other team members to achieve key process and factory KPIs. Your will be responsible for;
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the WCM Manager and Pillar Leaders.
• Assist in WCM activity governance, including KPI deployments, Kaizen Teams, and Training Executions.
• Support and drive KPI topics with the Kaizen Team.
• Benchmark with other pillars and factories to identify best practices.
• Promote WCM tools and mindset; become proficient in at least three advanced WCM tools and train others.
• Guide operators and production associates in WCM training and tools.
Requirements
We believe you have
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• A strong interest in World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Production, Maintenance, Quality functions, or Process Improvement.
• A PDCA mindset and knowledge of issue analysis tools.
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to influence colleagues across functions.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to execute tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Internship experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement is a plus, but not required.
