About this position

We are looking for high calibre candidates to join the Customer Service & Design team on a 6 months Internship Program. The intern will be based in Jakarta, reporting to SAR Team Leader based in Malaysia. You will have to work with Sales Support Representative on administrative work.

Responsibilities

As an Intern Sales Support Representative, you will:
• The intern will support SSR team in Secure Order Fulfilment Services Products (OFSP) execution - ensuring all customers order are fulfilled with overall highly positive customer experience.
• You will be involved in the order fulfilment process which includes Order management, invoicing, filing and logistics.

Requirements

We believe you have
• Completing or completed diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to build good rapport with stake holders internally and externally.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel application is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand, speak and write in English.
• Humble and fun loving.
• Resourceful and agile thinking.
