Commercial AC Business Support Specialist (Contract)
About this position
Tesla AC Business Support Specialists focus on the administrative aspects of Commercial AC Charging business at Tesla. They perform troubleshooting with the Certified Installers and Site Hosts as well as remote investigations and resolutions. Additionally, the Commercial AC Business Support Specialists educate Site Hosts and Installers on the Wall Connector and its related platform features and functionalities.
Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact to AC Charging Site Hosts to manage and drive timely resolution by collaborating with internal stakeholders and support teams.
• Deliver a high level of service on every interaction
• Provide troubleshooting and account management for Tesla AC charging products
• Achieve expectations on all Key Performance Indicators, monthly, quarterly and bi-annually
• Achieving Tesla’s standards of excellent customer communication, advocacy and education
Requirements
• Superb communication skills
• Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
• Technical Support or equivalent experience
• Passion for fast, tactical action and problem solving
• Experience in delivering the best-in-class customer experience
• Ability to identify and communicate problems, solutions and opportunities
• Spoken and written language skills in Chinese (Mandarin), Thai and/or Korean are highly desirable.
• Proactive, motivated, self-starter
• Strong attention to detail
