About this position

Tencent Cloud is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in cloud project delivery to oversee and coordinate both internal and external projects for our expanding international business.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate both internal and external cloud-related projects for Tencent Cloud's international business, managing delivery of services from partner providers to achieve project goals.
• Oversee project progress and resource allocation, ensuring smooth collaboration between all stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Act as the primary liaison between service providers and clients, understanding their cloud-specific needs and coordinating the creation of key project materials such as bidding documents, acceptance reports, and phase reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks early, collaborating with pre-sales, product teams, and service providers to minimize delivery risks and ensure seamless execution of cloud projects.
• Continuously improve collaboration strategies, delivery processes, and problem-solving techniques to enhance service quality and ensure success in international cloud project delivery.
• Drive process improvements in cloud project execution, optimizing collaboration between global teams to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalents, with over 5 years of public cloud-related project management experience.
• Proven expertise in managing cloud projects.
