Finance Accounting Jr Manager (Consolidation)
About this position
The Finance Accounting Jr Manager (Consolidation) is responsible for managing all functions of Finance & Accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and compliance with tax regulations.
Responsibilities
• Manage all function of Finance & Accounting including consolidation, reconciliation, cost accounting, general accounting, finance, taxation, planning, budgeting and internal control.
• Prepare financial performance statement to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the company's management.
• Effective manage cash flow to achieve the best financial benefit and control all cost to be in line with the planned budget.
• Responsible for the list of fixed assets both commercially and fiscally.
• Responsible for preparing the consolidated Report.
• Reconciling transaction records between business units.
• Create notification reports per Country and CbCR reports.
• Make reports for PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4 (2), PPH 15 and VAT which will be paid every month and prepare tax payments on time.
• Solve real-time problems by liaising with multiple parties internally and externally.
Requirements
• Minimun Bachelor 's Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience as Finance handling costing, accounting & tax report, consolidation, preferably in FMCG or Accountant Public company.
• Have an in-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately and concisely.
• Attention to detail, must be thorough and accurate.
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, highly organized and an excellent team player.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an accounting system (SAP is a plus).
