About this position
As an Officer in Customer Care at Teleport, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the team in Bangkok, supporting delivery and cargo operations, and contributing to team development and process improvement.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the team in Bangkok
• Supporting both the delivery and cargo team
• Support in coaching and team development
• Report on latest developments with regards to team and other stakeholders that works closely with customer care
• Re-define the existing processes
Requirements
• Will be required to work in shift
• Customer Service experience
• Experience in Cargo/Delivery and start up will be an added advantage
• Experience with E-mail, Chat and Social Media
• Able to communicate openly with all stakeholders
• Process driven/oriented
• Analytics driven
