HR Immigration Associate
About this position
The HR Immigration Associate will be responsible for managing visa and work permit processes for expat employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Be a contact person for issuing visas and work permits for expat employees under the agency’s visa.
• Prepare all necessary documents to apply for work permit and visa by coordinating with outsource agency.
• Submit work permit to payroll team to process with the SSO, Tax registration.
• Communicate with expat’s employees and schedule for appointment to submit necessary documents once received schedule for process of Visa, work permit.
• Answer all questions which are related to any Visa and work permit issues.
• Make a good relationship with the agency’s visa.
• Support team and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organization and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a robust sense of accountability, sound judgment, and dependability.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong analytical skills, hardworking and good initiative.
• Able to work under pressure, tight timeline, result orientated, strong problem solving and good analytical skill.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
