About this position

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, tracking key metrics, negotiating deals, and managing risks. They will also work with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation and partner with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers also experienced in vendor localization

Requirements

• Education, Diploma or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic or Business Administration
• Good English language skills both in speaking and writing
• Proven working experience as Procurement Specialist
• Working experience with sourcing, vendor management and vendor management software
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
• Good negotiation skill and networking
• Good leadership skill and decision making
• Microsoft Office
