About this position

The Data Analyst position involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decisions and communicate insights through visualizations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from various sources.
• Experience in working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Support the creation of data visualizations and reports to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Help identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabases, etc)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data insights.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain data findings.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• S1 from Engineering, Statistic or Mathematics, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Statistical Expertise: Proficiency in Statistical Techniques for process control and process capability measurement (e.g., SPC)
• Excellent in using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in analyse big data would be a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English Communication Skills.
• Good analytical skill and comprehensive way of thinking.
• Good in details.
