About this position

The Safety Support (EHS) position is responsible for identifying and mitigating hazards, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

• To detect and eliminate the potential hazard, risks from unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Onsite process inspection, keep monitoring, take the corrective actions with relevant functions.
• Tracking and drive the corrective actions till closure.
• Promoting Environmental Health and Safety awareness to employee through various activities.
• Conduct the internal S.A.F.E. System, TEOA and ISO 14001 Audits to determine its effectiveness.
• Able to work in night shift or irregular working shift.
• Any other duties as determined or assignment by the EHS Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Safety, Occupation Health, Environment or any related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in shop floor or on-site production area (fresh graduated also welcome).
• Familiar with machine guarding and LOTO requirements.
• Able to work on MS Office.
• Strong Safety mindset.
• Courage of speak out and good communication skill with relevant functions.
• Good command in English.
• Able to work night shifts and holidays.
