Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora is a global jewellery company known for its hand-finished and contemporary jewellery made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. Pandora is producing its unique jewellery solely in Thailand. In 2017, Pandora's total revenue was DKK 22.8 billion. With 117 million pieces of jewellery crafted in Thailand in 2017 to be sold in more than 100 countries on six continents through around 7,800 points of sale, Pandora PRODUCTION THAILAND (PPT), the crafting facilities in Thailand, is recognised as the world's largest jewellery manufacturer by the production volume. Pandora has been manufacturing its jewellery in Thailand since 1989 when Per Enevoldsen, Pandora's founder and a goldsmith by trade, set up the foundation for the company's crafting facilities in Bangkok.

About this position

Imagine being part of the Crafting & Supply Quality Team for the world’s largest jewelry brand! If you have experience driving a product and process quality in a manufacturing environment to achieve internal and external quality targets, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, aligning resources to achieve Crafting & Supply (C&S) strategic goals.
• Lead the adoption of best-in-class manufacturing quality standards and practices to ensure consistency across production units.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system compliant with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate and enforce adherence to quality-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Continuously improve product and process quality to meet design objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee the creation and execution of product quality inspection plans to ensure safe, compliant product delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through best practices, lessons learned, lean methodologies, and Six Sigma principles.
• Promote a quality-at-source mindset and accountability across the organization.
• Enhance team capabilities to deliver on C&S quality initiatives and build a high-performing team.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives to exceed consumer expectations and drive operational excellence.
• Provide regular quality performance reports to executive management, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) to a master’s degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing quality processes or quality management, preferably in jewelry or a similar industry.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of addressing complex business challenges and making critical decisions.
