Process Engineer ( food and beverage)
About this position
The Process Engineer in the food and beverage industry is responsible for understanding operating principles, enhancing efficiency, and training line crews while assisting in production operations.
Responsibilities
• Able to clearly understand operating principles and establish correct operating standards
• Develop maintenance processes and/or implement technology to enhance efficiency.
• Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions (stability sustainability)
• Assist in production operations to drive Process efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques
• Implement new technologies, specification of requirements
• Analyze causes that affect the production process in terms of development, correction, and prevention.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, food science or related
• Experience in Process Engineer (food and beverage industry)
• Experience in Beverage / bakery / Snack / ice cream
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office program
• Good in presentation skill
• Energetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skills
