About this position
The Junior Talent Acquisition position involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating with line managers, and supporting various talent acquisition activities.
Responsibilities
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, namely, screening resume to issuing an employment contract.
• Collaborate with Line managers to set qualification criteria for hiring positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates and arrange interview appointments.
• Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Complete recruitment report such as job vacancy, job status and application database.
• Support Talent acquisition special Assignments, engagement activities and community events.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment practice.
• Able to work under pressure and hardworking.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office.
